A new type of vacuum glass without welding agent and suction nozzle

The heat insulation of glass windows of buildings and automobiles is an important topic related to energy conservation and environmental protection. At present, many kinds of energy-saving glass are widely used as window transmittance parts. They are heat reflecting glass, LOW-E glass, hollow glass, vacuum glass and its composite products. The heat insulation principle of vacuum glass is like a thermos bottle. Both of them have vacuum space. In vacuum space, the heat can not be passed through heat conduction and heat convection mode. It can only be passed through the radiation mode. Therefore, the heat insulation efficiency of vacuum glass is much better than that of ordinary glass, and is generally better than the other energy-saving glass.


However, the popularity of the traditional vacuum glass is very low, far less than the heat reflecting glass, low radiation glass, and hollow glass. It is due to its complex structure, high production cost, and poor reliability and adaptability of products. A new type of vacuum glass which is greatly simplified in structure, that is, the vacuum glass without the soldering agent and the air suction nozzle is expected to solve the above problems of the traditional vacuum glass. Starting from the structure, we compare and analyze two kinds of vacuum glass.


As shown in Figure 1, the traditional vacuum glass is made up of four parts of the following 0.3 millimeter plate glass, a supporting column arranged in the middle of the two glass, a low melting point glass fused around the two glass four, and a drawing nozzle fused on one of the glass (also called the suction pipe and through hole). The vacuum space is made up of two flat spaced flat glass and a low melting point glass around the surrounding area. The support column is used to resist the pressure from the outside atmosphere to the glass, in case the two pieces of glass bend and contact each other; the suction nozzle is used to draw out the air between two pieces of glass, and the nozzle is fused after the vacuum. It is sealed.
