Electronic vacuum devices require high cleanliness of parts and components and no oil pollution. Introduction

With the development of space science and technology and the need of modern military equipment for national defense, electric vacuum devices must have the characteristics of high reliability, long life, low noise, broadband and high power, and are often used in ground, shipboard, airborne, satellite communication, radar, electronic countermeasures, precision guidance and other weapon systems, and their performance and quality. The quality of the weapon plays a vital role in the performance and quality of the weapon, and is regarded as a strategic device for national security. It is necessary to study the surface cleaning of electrical vacuum parts, because the gas and steam sources caused by the pollutants can not obtain the required vacuum degree of the vacuum system. In addition, because of the existence of pollutants, it will also affect the strength and sealing performance of the electrical vacuum components, and have a great influence on the performance of the electronic vacuum devices.

1. The main source of the pollutants in the electric vacuum device

2. The effect of oil pollution on the manufacture of electric vacuum devices

(1) in the process of making vacuum electronic devices, in order to improve the weldability of metal parts and the anticorrosion of the parts outside the tube, electroplating is needed for parts of the inner and outer parts of the tube. In the process of electroplating, the oil pollution on the surface of the parts must be removed. Otherwise, the coating will have an influence on the coating, which can make it bubble and flower. 3. Physical and chemical cleaning treatment on the surface of parts

There are many methods for the surface treatment of parts, but because of the particularity of the electric vacuum device, there are few practical methods. Most of them are from experience and lack of theoretical basis. So, even a typical cleaning method needs to be constantly modified and supplemented.
